This change is not a complete break. It's a natural evolution.
SAKONA remains SAKONA: Specialty coffee, well-roasted, unpretentious, and with high standards. Now, with more hands, more experience, and more territory from which to continue building.
Only the team has grown. Previously Javier García. Now Javier García, Rayco Paz, Paco Fernández de Navarrete, and Mónica Oliart. Sometimes less is more, and other times more is better.
